Q/ How long can I return a product?

We endeavor to provide a complete and honest description of the products offered on the Website. We are always keen, through our website, to supply the finest products

However, we must acknowledge that errors can occur.

As a result of an error, if:

  • Received an unwanted product
  • or you received a damaged or defective product

You can log in to your account and send a message from the "Contact Us" page to address the problem or via email, and the Customer Service Department will contact you to assist you with your request.

And the product must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it in its original box and packaging as it is, within 7 days from the date of receiving the purchase order. The original invoice must also be presented.

Once we inspect the returned product(s), its value will be replaced with a purchase voucher in case the product is defective or with a new package, and if the product is not requested, the price and any applicable delivery fees will be refunded to you.

If you paid:

  • With a credit/debit card, we will initiate a refund within a reasonable period of time by adding the amount to the same credit/debit card used while placing the order;
  • Cash on delivery, it will be returned via bank transfer to an account in the name of the buyer

There may be situations where you are not able to return the product within 7 days of receiving it, in these cases, please contact our customer service or the "Contact Us" page or send an email and place an order. All requests are dealt with separately at our discretion.
